The problem
Ground transport is the line item nobody can audit.
Operators pay for trips they cannot verify. Coordinators dispute invoices they cannot check. Providers wait months to be paid, then fail to pay their drivers — and service quality collapses with it.
From the field
A round trip from base to Georgetown cost $2,000. A run from base to GBTI, then the Bank of Guyana, then Demerara Bank was invoiced at $6,000. The operator rejected it — one trip, multiple stops. With no data to settle it, approval came down to whichever coordinator you had a relationship with. Payments stalled, and the drivers were the ones who went unpaid.
We built the company around that problem.
Cunnectly started as a software business. We came into transportation because the operational failure here is an information failure — and information systems are what we already knew how to build.
