About

A software company that went where the problem was.

Cunnectly Inc. was incorporated in Guyana in November 2024. We build software, and we moved into ground transportation because the failure in that market is one we already knew how to fix.

Cunnectly Inc. began as a technology business — designing, developing and supporting software, and consulting on systems and project delivery. Ground transportation came to us through consultancy work, when our CEO spent time advising two Guyanese transport providers on fleet operations.

What that work exposed was not a driving problem or a vehicle problem. It was an information problem. Nobody could establish what a journey had actually cost, so invoices were disputed, approvals stalled on personal relationships, providers ran out of cash, drivers went unpaid, and service quality followed the money down.

Measurement fixes that. So we built a transportation company around measurement.

We are a young company and we will not pretend otherwise. What we bring is a defined operating model, genuine technology capability, HSE discipline, and a mobilisation approach that scales the crew to the contract rather than charging you to carry fleet that is sitting still. For an operator, that is a lower-overhead partner with a verifiable audit trail on every trip.

Leadership

The three people accountable for your contract.

Commercial, technology and HSE. In a company this size you deal with principals, not account managers.

Cymeon Nedd, Chief Executive Officer at Cunnectly Inc.

Cymeon Nedd

Chief Executive Officer

Cymeon has advised Guyanese transportation providers on fleet management and operations, work that produced the trip-consolidation and invoicing model Cunnectly is built on. In one engagement, restructuring how journeys were measured and consolidated reduced an operator's monthly transport spend from GYD 5.2M to 3.5M. He leads commercial strategy and client delivery.

Curtly Critchlow, Director, Technology at Cunnectly Inc.

Curtly Critchlow

Director, Technology

Curtly leads Cunnectly's technology function — the platform layer behind trip capture, client visibility and automated invoicing. He is a software developer at atsign working in Flutter, Dart and Firebase, and previously served as an Economic and Financial Analyst at Guyana's Ministry of Finance and as a data and monitoring & evaluation officer at the Ministry of Agriculture. That combination is why our invoicing model is built on measurement rather than estimates. He has also worked as a safety and security officer, and is a commissioned officer in the Guyana Defence Force Reserve.

Portfolio & work history
Cliffton Joseph, HSE Advisor at Cunnectly Inc.

Cliffton Joseph

HSE Advisor

Cliffton brings 13+ years of progressive HSSE leadership across energy, construction, infrastructure and telecommunications. He is HSE Compliance and Assurance Manager at Lindsayca Guyana, leading compliance assurance, regulatory governance and audit management on Guyana's Gas-to-Energy project — including a 300MW integrated NGL and combined cycle gas turbine power plant. He is a TapRooT-trained incident investigator and a commissioned officer in the Guyana Defence Force. At Cunnectly he sets the driver screening standard, the fatigue management plan and the journey management controls. His core discipline is contractor HSSE performance auditing, which means our controls are written by someone who has spent years assessing them from the client's side of the table.

How we mobilise

Scale to the award, not to the forecast.

We are building a national database of professional drivers and vehicle owners across Guyana. It is a recruitment pipeline, not a payroll: people register their interest, experience and vehicle details, and we draw from that pool and run full vetting, certification and onboarding when a contract is awarded.

We are explicit about this because the alternative — carrying a standing fleet and a standing wage bill against work that has not been won — is precisely what forces providers in this market to inflate rates or cut corners on maintenance and driver pay.

It also means our reach is not limited to a depot. Drivers registered across the regions are frequently closer to a pick-up point than a centralised operator could be, which shortens positioning legs and takes cost out of the trip.
