Fleet is assembled against the awarded contract from company-owned and approved supplier-owned vehicles, managed as a single pool. Only vehicles you have approved are assigned to your assignments.

Renewal dates are a client-facing field.
Rather than producing a compliance pack when it is asked for, we hold licence, fitness, insurance and driver-licence expiry dates in the system and expose them to the client for the duration of the agreement. If something is about to lapse, you see it before we do anything about it.
