Dedicated crew transportation

We run your shift pattern as a standing schedule — morning and evening round trips across the routes you operate, with dispatch supervision and a named fleet coordinator. Where routes overlap we consolidate journeys rather than billing each leg separately, which is where most of the saving on this line item comes from.

Crew change & airport transfers

Scheduled transfers to and from Ogle (OGL) and Cheddi Jagan International (GEO).

Rotation days are the hardest to get right — flight slips, headcounts move, and a vehicle sitting idle is a vehicle being billed. We size the vehicle to the manifest, track the inbound flight, and hold the driver against actual arrival rather than scheduled arrival.

Airport meet & greet

Arrivals reception and onward transfer for visiting crew, auditors and executives.

A presentable, briefed representative meets your visitor airside-adjacent with signage, assists through arrivals, and hands off to a vetted driver. For first-time visitors to Guyana this is often the operator's first impression on the ground, and we treat it that way.

Vehicle rental with driver

A vehicle and a vetted driver, with fuel, comprehensive insurance and maintenance included.

Hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. Drivers are screened, background-checked, defensive-driving trained and certified in First Aid/CPR/AED before deployment. You approve the driver and the vehicle against their profile before either is assigned to your account.

Self-drive vehicle rental

Compliant, maintained vehicles released to your own approved drivers.

Where you prefer to use your own personnel, we supply the asset and carry the compliance burden — road licence, fitness certificate, comprehensive insurance and the preventative maintenance schedule — with documentation available to your HSE team on request.

Driver-only manpower

Screened, certified drivers deployed against your existing fleet.

You own the vehicles; we supply, vet, train, roster and pay the drivers. Rates are built on Guyana's minimum wage and current tax thresholds, so the figure we quote is one that actually reaches the driver — a distinction that matters more than it should in this market.

Commercial terms

How we price.

We do not publish rate cards, because a rate only means something against a defined scope. What we will tell you is how the number is built.

Time and distance

Vehicle and driver time are rated separately and billed on measured hours and kilometres, not on a coordinator's estimate.

Maintenance per kilometre

Servicing is recovered on a per-kilometre basis against a 3,000km cycle, so you pay for the wear your operation actually causes.

Fuel and idle time

Fuel is estimated per kilometre and idle time is monitored, which keeps parked-and-running costs visible rather than buried in a day rate.
